OK, 3rd time writing this, since it continually gets lost... Ugh.

I tried to imagine a dragon that had been forced to watery depths, and over generations, had to adapt: gills instead of powerful, fire blasting lungs; scales more like a lobster or shrimp; and wings turned into fins for gliding through the depths as opposed to pounding through the air.

Sweet monster design! I love the concept behind it, and I think your rendition is quite believeable. I'm 'specially keen on the wing/claw structure. Two minor things: the bottom left area of the creature's body could use a bit more form; it looks a bit like a flat pile of rocks. Also, you might clarify what the white things on his lower right are supposed to represent; I can't figure those out, but maybe I'm just being dense.

Little suggestions of the environment such as the fish and rocky pinacle are very effective (and those fish are sooo cute

very nice design dude...your pencil technique is very solid and controlled...I could say "add a background" or some such rubbish, but this drawing is very effective the way it is....nicely done

wow you have some great lines, full of energy and always so clean. I really like this. It is very raw and cool. You have great skill I wish you would post more.
